5,700 already set to be Tough Mudders
More than 5,700 of the leanest, most rugged and hardened competitors have signed up already for this spring’s Tough Mudder challenge at the former Cleveland Quarries.
You could be one of them.
A horde of thousands will charge forward from the starting line April 14 and 15 on a 12-mile quest.
Maps of the course show they’ll have to crawl under barbed wire, scale wooden walls, slosh through mud pits, leap logs, swim underwater tunnels, and climb rope nets.
“What we’re seeing is now that we’re into the new year, people are looking to set resolutions and goals for themselves,” said Jane Di Leo, a spokeswoman for Tough Mudder. “They want to do something intense, so they come to us.”
